Southwest Oakville is bordered to the south by Lake Ontario, to the north by Rebecca Street, to the west by Third Line, and to the east by Dorval Drive. It is more commonly referred to as Coronation Park and has grown tremendously in popularity over the last decade. 

Many of the neighbourhood homes feature large lots and tree-lined streets. As Oakville’s population grows, the demand for large lots in established neighbourhoods has steeply risen. 

Where it was once an affordable alternative to the Morrison, Ford and Old Oakville areas, Southwest Oakville has quickly become an exclusive area. 

The entire Southwest Oakville neighbourhood is a great place to get out and walk around with downtown Oakville and its great shops, restaurants and harbour just a short walk away. 

Southwest Oakville is a beautiful place to live and explore; it offers mainly detached homes with a mix of bungalows, side/back splits and two-storey homes.
