Firstly, I would like to thank Michael Parsons of Remax Realty Enterprises Inc. for introducing my wife and I to Mr. Alex Peters in order to facilitate the acquisition of a new home for lease. Our requirements were not at all of the norm and with the fact that Michael Parsons had gotten us into our existing fabulous home in Southern Mississauga, I did wonder if Alex would be able to provide us with a comparable "winner" based on our new requirements? This was not going to be an easy task, however Alex proved himself to be punctual, tenacious, courteous and a vibrant real estate "visionary" as he continually was able to see past our vagueness, introducing us to more and more homes that more and more fit the bill.

It was because of all of his hard work, provided with a genuine kindness that is rare in todays time, that both my wife and I can say "We are extremely satisfied with our new home and are looking forward to moving in!" Again, this was by no stretch a simple job and right from the beginning, Alex came to see our current home in order to establish the "starting point" by getting to know what we were used to in terms of living space.
